Building your Carrier Packet
What is a Carrier Package?
Think of your carrier package as a "resume" on our business. It shows you have the proper documentation required to carry loads. We will help build this package and distribute to Brokers.
MC Authority Letter
You will receive your MC Authority Letter showing that you are active and available to haul loads, on the day your Authority goes active.
EIN Document from the IRS
The EIN document shows proof of ownership of the EIN
Limited Power of Attorney
This allows us to book loads on your behalf and is required by some brokers
Drivers license - Front and Back
Clear image of the front and back of your Driver's Licnense as the business owner, and a copy of the license of your driver
Articles of Incorporation
Doccument shows proof of ownership of the LLC and shows if there are other officers involved with the business
Certificate of Insurance (COI)
Once you have your insurance has been binded, you will get several documents showing the policy is active. We will need the COI to distribute to brokers
